2. What we collect

If you register as a candidate

  • Your name, email address, mobile number and city
  • The roles you are seeking, your experience, salary expectations, notice period, qualifications and skills
  • Your CV and any document you upload
  • Optional information you choose to provide, such as a LinkedIn profile URL or additional notes

If you register as an employer or submit an enquiry

  • Your name, job title, company name, work email and phone number
  • Company details such as industry, size, location and your stated requirements
  • The content of your enquiry or vacancy submission

Technical information

  • Standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested
  • We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If analytics are added, this policy will be updated before they go live.

3. Why we use it

  • Candidates: to consider you for current and future vacancies, to contact you about relevant roles, and to submit your profile to a client with your knowledge
  • Employers: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and deliver services you engage us for
  • Everyone: to respond to messages, maintain records, meet legal and accounting obligations, and keep the website secure

4. Our lawful basis

We process your information on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form, our legitimate interest in operating a recruitment and HR services business, and where applicable the performance of a contract with you or your employer. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Who we share it with

  • Clients (employers): candidate profiles, including name, experience, skills and CV, are shared with a prospective employer only in relation to a specific role. We do not publish your CV or share it with employers generally.
  • Service providers: our hosting provider, email provider and IT support, who process data on our instructions
  • Legal and regulatory: where we are required to disclose information by law, court order or a competent authority

We do not sell personal information to anyone.

6. How long we keep it

Candidate records are retained for [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months] from your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted. Enquiry and client records are retained for as long as the business relationship continues and for any period required by law afterwards. You can ask us to delete your record sooner.

7. How we protect it

Access to candidate and client records is restricted to the staff who need it. CV files are stored on the server in a location that is not publicly accessible and are served only to authenticated staff. Website forms are transmitted over HTTPS. We use industry-standard measures, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Withdraw your consent to be contacted, or ask us to restrict how we use your information
  • Object to processing, or ask us to transfer your information to another provider

9. International transfers

Our hosting and email services may store data outside Pakistan. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy.

10. Children

This website is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this website.

12. Complaints
