About the role
Partner with a regional leadership team on workforce planning, performance management and employee relations for a multi-site operation.
Responsibilities
- Act as the HR point of contact for two assigned business units
- Lead the annual performance review cycle for your client groups
- Advise line managers on employee relations and disciplinary matters
- Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting
- Support organisational design during restructuring
Requirements
- 5+ years in a generalist or business-partner HR role
- Working knowledge of Pakistani labour law, EOBI and Social Security
- Experience supporting a multi-site or manufacturing environment
- Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership
