About the role
Run candidate searches end to end — sourcing, screening and shortlisting — for a portfolio of client requisitions.
Responsibilities
- Take role briefs and define candidate profiles with clients
- Source candidates through multiple channels including direct approach
- Conduct screening interviews and write candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant database
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience, or a strong recent graduate
- Excellent written and spoken English and Urdu
- Comfortable on the phone with candidates and clients
- Organised, and able to manage several requisitions at once
